Highly Adaptable Modular Conveying Systems

ZS Series Motor-Driven Vibrating Conveyor

Custom-Engineered for Complex Process Requirements

The ZS Series Motor-Driven Vibrating Conveyor is a versatile solution known for its exceptional structural flexibility. Engineered to meet diverse industrial needs, the ZS model offers a choice between U-shaped and tubular (pipe) troughs, with the option for inclined trough bottoms to suit specific site layouts. Whether you require a fully sealed design with a dust-tight cover or multi-layer troughs integrated with screening meshes, the ZS series provides a modular platform that adapts to your unique production flow.

The Multi-Functional Specialist in Our Conveyor Matrix

Compared to the SZF series (optimized for 500°C air-lock discharge) or the DSL/PSL series (built for long-distance resonance), the ZS series excels in short-to-medium distance versatility. Equipped with an advanced Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), it allows operators to adjust conveying speeds in real-time, making it an essential component for automated production lines requiring precise material dosing.

Note: The ZS series is the most compact and customizable model in our lineup, ideal for facilities where space is limited and process parameters change frequently.

How Does It Work?

High-Efficiency Synchronized Excitation

The ZS conveyor utilizes two high-performance vibration motors as its drive source. Through the principle of self-synchronization, the motors rotate in opposite directions, causing their centrifugal forces to overlap in the conveying direction while canceling out vertically. This creates a stable linear vibration that is more compact than the DSL link mechanism and more reliable than single-motor setups.

Dynamic Speed Control and Flexible Discharge

With the standard VFD controller, operators can adjust the vibration frequency without stopping the machine, allowing for precise flow rate control. Discharge gates can be customized as vertical, side-inclined, or down-curved types, and can be fitted with various manual or pneumatic valves to perfectly bridge different production stages.

What Are Its Uses?

Optimized for Food, Chemical, and Fine Processing

Thanks to its non-friction conveying mechanism, the ZS model protects fragile materials and ensures a clean environment.

  • Food & Pharma: Utilizing stainless steel U-troughs for easy sanitation and hygiene compliance.
  • Chemical & Mining: Leveraging multi-layer screening to remove impurities during transport.
  • Abrasive Materials: Like the SZF/PSL series, the ZS model uses a parabolic tossing trajectory, ensuring materials “hop” rather than slide, which drastically extends the lifespan of the trough.

Selection Guide: Why Choose the ZS Series?

  • Limited Space: Motors are mounted directly on the trough, offering the smallest footprint in our lineup.
  • Adjustable Output: VFD control makes it the best choice for dynamic production rhythms.
  • Multi-Functional: If you need to “Convey + Screen + Distribute” in one machine, the ZS is the ideal solution.

Note: For distances exceeding 20 meters, we recommend our DSL/PSL link-driven series for higher energy efficiency; for materials over 500°C, the SZF inertial series is the technical benchmark.

How effective is the sealing on the ZS model?

The ZS model can be customized as a fully sealed pipe or a covered U-trough. When used with flexible connectors, its dust-tight performance is identical to our PSL/DSL series, effectively preventing dust escape and environmental contamination.

Can I adjust the throughput while the machine is running?

Yes. This is a core advantage of the ZS series. By using the VFD to change the motor frequency, you can precisely control material volume in real-time to match downstream requirements.

Is the dual-motor maintenance complicated?

Not at all. By eliminating complex mechanical linkages and eccentric shafts, the ZS series has no mechanical wear parts. Maintenance is simplified to periodic inspections of motor mounting bolts and electrical checks.

Note: As with all our vibrating equipment, the ZS series supports the installation of vibration isolation springs, significantly reducing the dynamic load transmitted to your building foundation.
